The Role: As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing servers, networks, backups, storage, telephony, and client hardware
- Ensuring security compliance, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and system hardening
- Maintaining and updating configuration and documentation for smooth IT operations
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to assist business users
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver effective IT solutions
- Contributing to business continuity management, ensuring systems remain secure and resilient
What we’re looking for: Someone with 5 years+ at this level, who can handle the Infrastructure life cycle within a business IT environment, knowledge of:
- MS Windows Server & Desktop
