We are building a brand-new mainframe team for a leading financial services client and are looking for experienced z/OS Developers to join the mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction of a new technical team, working on mission-critical systems, compliance-driven initiatives (e.g. Swift, SIC, FTR), and modernisation efforts.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years' experience with COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC, and DB2
- Solid knowledge of the IBM z/OS ecosystem
- Familiarity with tools like IDz, Endevor, or equivalent
- Background in banking or financial services preferred
- Agile/Scrum delivery mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with REXX, Assembler, or scripting
- Knowledge of API enablement or mainframe/cloud integration
