We are instructed by one of the UK’s most prestigious law firms to help grow their award-winning corporate tax team. They are seeking a bright and ambitious Corporate Tax Associate (1–5 PQE) to join their market-leading London practice. Consistently ranked Band 1 for both Corporate and Contentious Tax in Chambers UK, Europe, and Global, this is an exceptional opportunity to work at the very top of the profession. This is a growth hire, reflecting sustained client demand and global deal flow.
The team operates at the heart of the firm’s most significant transactions and disputes, advising on complex and often cutting-edge matters for a blue-chip, global client base that includes FTSE 100 companies, financial institutions, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational corporates. Associates here work on matters that shape markets and regulatory landscapes, with true cross-border complexity and real strategic impact.
Work Includes:
- Corporate & Private Capital: Advising on the tax aspects of complex public and private M&A, IPOs, reorganisations, demergers, joint ventures, and private capital deals
- Finance & Restructuring: Structuring innovative tax solutions for equity and debt financings, distressed asset workouts, and market-sensitive refinancing's
- Real Estate: Structuring investments and transactions for institutional investors, funds, and developers across commercial and mixed-use portfolios
