A leading retail business is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team on an interim basis. You will play a pivotal role in helping the business understand their financial performance and plan for the future.
- You will lead the planning and forecasting cycles for the finance function, driving the annual budget.
- You will oversee the creation of monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
- You will provide insights to senior finance leaders on the financial reports, 5 year plan, annual budget and ongoing forecasts.
- You will support finance improvement projects, making the financial processes more efficient.
- You will provide financial analysis, proactively identifying and analysing key business performance drivers, highlighting financial risks and opportunities.
- You will also work collaboratively with other teams across finance and the wider business to act as a support function to the business partners.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ) or equivalent, with a background within a busy FP&A department. You will have experience in the retail industry and be immediately available for this role.
