An excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned law firm as an eDisclosure Project Manager, supporting lawyers and clients internationally. This is an exciting role for an experienced eDisclosure professional (3 years) looking to take the lead on complex litigation, arbitration, employment, and regulatory investigation matters. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of eDisclosure services, promoting best practices and technology adoption, and playing a key role in training and awareness initiatives across the firm.
Role- Oversee and manage eDisclosure projects from inception through to trial.
- Deliver eDisclosure solutions in line with industry best practice and internal processes.
- Provide consultancy support to legal teams and clients across all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Promote the use and development of eDisclosure technologies and services firmwide.
- Scope eDisclosure requirements in collaboration with lawyers and clients, setting timelines and managing expectations.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships, negotiating pricing where necessary.
- Keep abreast of market developments in law, technology, and competitor activity.
- Develop and refine workflows, playbooks, and best practice frameworks.
- Deliver training sessions and mentor lawyers and team members.
- Support the wider Solutions team in identifying innovative technology-based solutions.
- Degree in a relevant field such as Law or Computer Science.
- A minimum of 3 yearsβ eDisclosure project management experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Advanced technical understanding of eDisclosure platforms (Relativity) and associated technologies including TAR, email threading, and near-duplication.
- Strong understanding of UK, Ireland, and Middle East eDisclosure laws and regulations.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects to tight deadlines.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and external suppliers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
