About the role
Kelvatek are part of Camlin Group and provide a range of hardware, software & data products to Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) across UK and Ireland. To support continued growth and success we are hiring a Product Manager to focus on daily operations and product enablement. Working together with experienced colleagues, the successful candidate will take an active role in validating and communicating new product features to both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor user experience and facilitate their adoption. You will also work collaboratively to identify new requirements and assist in delivery of product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmap
- Collaborate with Product Owners in defining features
- Work with internal stakeholders to support their delivery and perform acceptance testing
- Coordinate the release plans and deployment schedules, including with end users
- Lead problem response for 3rd tier support and collaborate with service delivery team for resolution
- Actively engage with customers and industry communicating product capabilities and best practice. Problem discovery and analysis of market needs
- Provide insights into product usage to help identify improvements
- Launch products and features including organising and enabling internal teams
About you:
- You have experience or aspire to be a product manager, preferred background in software engineering.
- You are technically minded, with a passion for solving complex issues.
- You are customer focused and eager to learn about what would drive more value for our customers.
- You are proactive and can work independently.
- You have good communication skills, able to share progress, risks, and opportunities effectively.
- Comfortable speaking to both internal and external stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a technical role and familiarity with cloud-based (SaaS) applications are a must.
- Preferably with modern cloud-based web applications and platforms, for example AWS, Salesforce, Atlassian.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and SaaS service delivery
- Experience using a product analytics tool is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
