The Role

Reporting to Operations Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Full site ownership – Audits, Health & Safety, external visitors
  • Production and Production Planning
  • People and performance management of your direct reports
  • Engineering
  • Process Development, Technical and Hygiene
  • Despatch and Stores
  • Cost control
  • Directing and co-ordinating activities

You

  • Factory based food manufacturing experience ideally in fresh produce
  • Currently operating as a production or warehouse manager looking to make the exciting career step into Operations Manager
  • Have the potential to drive the site's success
  • Have a background from production BRC (British Retail Consortium) Audits
