We are looking to hire an HR Project Lead / HR Consultant to lead on a project for a financial services firm. Supported by a strong HR team, you will act as the specialist HR project lead on a TUPE/ Redundancy project, building strong relationships with the project team, being the go-to for anything HR.
This role would be perfect for someone with recent TUPE / Redundancy / Outsourcing experience who can apply specialist knowledge in a highly regulated environment.
We are looking for:
- Specialist experience in TUPE, redundancy, Outsourcing
- Extensive experience in highly regulated environment, ideally financial services
- Experience building relationships with Change Professionals - Project Managers, BAs, Contractors
- Ability to succeed in a well-run project with high levels of Governance
- Large scale project - several hundred employees impacted
