We are looking for a qualified Forester to join our team due to increased workload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with a diverse portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of forestry management including:

  • New woodland creation
  • Production of long-term forest plans
  • Marketing and harvesting of timber
  • Management of existing woodlands
  • Assisting with utility projects
  • Environmental surveys

Have a minimum of an HND in Forestry or a related subject. Have experience and knowledge of practical forestry and of forestry management.

Potential bases for this role are detailed below but any Bell Ingram office would be considered and will be discussed at interview.

The Perth office boasts the biggest head count of all Bell Ingram offices and has representatives, mainly Partner level, from all service areas. In addition to Rural Land Management, Estate Agency, Architecture, Forestry and Utilities services our Accounts Department, who provide financial services for numerous clients and Bell Ingram itself, are based here.

Ayr - Bell Ingram’s Ayr office is ideally situated in Sandgate, at the heart of this bustling seaside town on the Ayrshire coast. This prime location offers excellent transport links, a thriving local community, and stunning coastal scenery. The office is a key hub for Bell Ingram’s Utilities & Infrastructure and Forestry divisions, providing exciting opportunities to work on diverse projects across Scotland. Led by Partner Geoff Brown, Head of Forestry and Utilities (Scotland), the experienced team fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, making it an excellent base for professional growth within a well-established and respected firm.

Aberdeen - Situated in the heart of the Granite City the Aberdeen office, led by James Petty, specialises in estate management, property sales and valuations, pipeline services and compensation work. The team looks after an impressive client list ranging from Scottish Water to private estate and forestry owners.

Highland - Situated in Beauly, the Highland office team provide a broad range of land agency services ranging from traditional estate management to utilities and pipelines, in addition to rural consultancy, estate agency and valuations.
