A leading global Law Firm with stunning city offices is seeking to hire a Daytime Legal Receptionist to join their Guest Services team in London. The successful candidate will report into the Guest Services Manager and will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, meeting rooms, and a range of facilities and office services.
Salary to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits inc. free breakfast and lunch daily!

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all meeting rooms are properly prepared ahead of client and internal meetings.
- Welcome and escort clients and visitors to their designated meeting rooms.
- Book meeting rooms, visitor offices, and other space using EMS software.
- Register visitors in the Building Visitor Management system.
- Professionally answer and manage switchboard telephone calls.
- Manage access to firm floors when intercoms are used, verifying identities before granting entry.
- Deliver clear and thorough handovers, noting key events, issues, and follow-ups for the other team member.
- Report and follow up on AV/IT and Facilities related technical issues.
- Previous Legal Receptionist experience is essential.
- Experience using room booking platforms such as EMS is preferred.
- Experience operating a multi-line switchboard, directing calls efficiently is essential.
- Must be proficient using office equipment and software (e.g., telephone, laptop, printer, Outlook Mail, Calendar, Word, Excel).
