About Us:
Life Works, located in Woking, Surrey, is a highly respected private rehabilitation centre with a unique therapeutic environment, leading the way in addiction and eating disorder treatment. We treat up to 18 low risk private patients for addictions and eating disorders in a Georgian house surrounded by beautiful gardens. We are easily accessible from the A3 and M25 and a 30 min walk from Woking Train station. Our evidence-based programme uses a combination of group and individual therapies and incorporates experiential elements to help people start the process of treating their Eating Disorder or Addiction in a safe and supportive environment. Applicants will need to have a current active pin and ideally experience of working with clients with substance misuse and/or moderate depression and anxiety issues.
About the role:
The post holder will work as a member of the small dedicated Life Works nursing team meeting the health, well being and social care needs of Life Works clients under the indirect and direct guidance and supervision of the Nursing Manager and/or Senior Nurse/RMO. Nurses will provide a range of health, well being and social care interventions, undertake administrative tasks including data recording, administer medication and give general assistance to all clients in treatment at Life Works. The post holder will provide an efficient and professional service ensuring the best possible standards of care at all times complying with all statutory requirements and following Priory policies and procedures.
