We're seeking a passionate and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in concert touring and festival environments. This role is critical in managing client accounts from first contact through to post-event delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. You'll collaborate closely with promoters, production managers, tour managers, and internal teams to deliver seamless productions on a national and international scale. The company specialises in creating outstanding live experiences with state-of-the-art equipment and expert production management. They deliver top-quality production services for Tours, Corporate Events and festivals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the touring and festival sector.
- Develop tailored production solutions based on client briefs and tour specifications.
- Create and deliver detailed quotes and service contracts.
- Liaise with internal technical and logistics teams to coordinate delivery and execution.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess venue requirements and inform production planning.
- Oversee event/tour planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
- Travel on-site as required to oversee load-ins, show execution, and client management.
- Quickly resolve any challenges that arise before or during events.
- Liaise with the accounts team regarding invoicing and payment tracking.
- Nurture long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities in the touring and festival circuit.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in account or production management within concert touring and/or festivals.
- Strong knowledge of live event production, particularly in audio and lighting disciplines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations under pressure.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach when required.
- Experience using HireHop or TeamTrack is advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence (max 6 points) is essential.
