TechOhana has collaborated with a flourishing Wealth Management end user who is searching for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take charge of their Salesforce platform and drive its optimisation to deliver exceptional user experiences. As the SME for their Salesforce platform, you'll have the chance to shape the organisation's future, significantly impacting customer experiences and overall efficiency. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll be empowered to lead projects, implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Day-to-day BAU tasks will consist of complex customisations, bug fixes and configurations ensuring the platform is running smoothly. Alongside this, you will be required to carry out technical conversations through the management of key stakeholders in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration, configuration, and customisation of multiple Salesforce instances to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security through data migration, integration, and cleansing processes.
- Proactively identify and address system issues, bugs, and enhancements to maximise platform efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support users effectively.
- Act as the go-to person for all Salesforce-related queries, providing expert guidance and support to users across the organisation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, handling complex projects and Salesforce instances.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and additional Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and data management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
