Graduate Quality Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading precision engineering manufacturer to recruit a Graduate Quality Engineer.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious engineering graduate with some hands-on experience of CMM operation or programming to develop a long-term career in quality engineering.

The Role:

As part of the quality team, you\’ll:

✅ Operate and support programming of CMMs (e.g. Mitutoyo, PC-DMIS)

✅ Carry out component inspections (manual & automated)

✅ Read technical drawings and apply GD&T

✅ Assist with non-conformance investigations and audits

✅ Drive quality improvements across production

What We\’re Looking For:

🎓 Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or similar Engineering discipline

🔍 Exposure to CMM inspection/programming

📐 Solid understanding of engineering drawings

💬 Strong communication and a team-focused mindset

🚀 Enthusiasm to develop within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
