About the Role:

Are you a creative marketer with a flair for crafting compelling content that drives engagement and delivers results? Best Practice Network is looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in showcasing the impact of our industry-leading education and training programmes.

With over 20 years of experience, Best Practice Network is a trusted provider of professional development for teachers and teaching assistants, offering a suite of programmes including the NPQs, ITT, and specialist apprenticeships. As a Marketing Executive, you'll help us reach new audiences, highlight the benefits of our programmes, and demonstrate the difference we make to schools and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and impactful copy for emails, brochures, websites, and social media ads that align with our brand and effectively communicate our programme benefits.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment.
  • Brand Storytelling: Highlight the real-world impact of our programmes through compelling case studies and participant stories.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to maximise reach and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse campaign performance and use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with programme leaders, designers, and external partners to ensure consistency and creativity in all marketing outputs.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing , with a proven ability to differentiate between effective and ineffective copy.
  • A creative mindset with the initiative to innovate and push marketing boundaries.
  • Outstanding writing skills with the ability to craft beautiful, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social media advertising.
  • A passion for education and making a difference in the lives of teachers and learners.
