A membership body based in South East London is looking to recruit a new Administrator to join their administration team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support members of the Executive Committee. The role will be responsible for a wide remit of matters including:
- Handling initial telephone queries
- Scheduling and organising training and events
- Providing membership support
- Managing diaries
One of the Directors you will be supporting is the Legal Counsel, and you may also assist with legal administration such as:
- Producing attendance notes
- Bundling for litigation matters
- Undertaking legal research
Key to the role is someone who is organised and can work efficiently to manage multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Suitable candidates should have at least 12 months of previous office administration experience gained in the UK, including experience of:
- Taking minutes and diary management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
The role is office-based and next door to a train station, but parking is also available.
