We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in the diagnostics or instrumentation industry to join the field engineering team on a 1 year fixed term contract servicing clients in the Southern half of the UK. This well-established company has a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training and advice on instrumentation to customers.
- Deliver and install instruments at client sites, handling system integration and providing client training.
- Participate in the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
- Respond to technical support inquiries, addressing concerns and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist the sales team with demonstrations and related activities.
- Participate in alpha and beta testing of new software and hardware.
