As our Guest Services Assistant, you will be the first to greet our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Main Responsibilities- Greeting guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ensuring public areas, such as the Traders Lounge and lobby, remain clean and inviting.
- Assisting guests with arranging events, excursions, and transportation.
- Answering calls, managing reservations, and distributing messages.
- Tailoring experiences for frequent guests by remembering and addressing their preferences.
- Resolving complaints effectively and finding appropriate solutions.
- Providing information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assisting with luggage and offering support during guest arrivals and departures.
- Safely operating and maintaining guest vehicles while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Coordinating special requests, such as business services, entertainment bookings, or shopping.
- Continuously promoting our hotel’s unique offerings to create extraordinary guest experiences.
- Clean UK Full Driving Licence
- 25+ years old
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service
