For Companies Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for multiple Solar Site Managers for initial 6-12 month contracts. This assignment will involve working on utility-scale solar projects within England. All engagements would be onsite 5 days per week.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations for utility-scale solar PV installation
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on-site
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Monitor construction progress and resolve issues proactively
- Conduct daily briefings, site inductions, and enforce HSE compliance
- Liaise with project managers, grid connection teams, and QA/QC inspectors
- Review and maintain site documentation (RAMS, site diaries, permits)
- Manage material deliveries and ensure availability of equipment on-site
- Ensure compliance with DNO/grid requirements and construction drawings
- Lead final commissioning, handover, and punch list close-out
