We are looking for an experienced Trade Mark Attorney to join our team to help us grow the business and to support in managing the trade mark and design portfolios of our exciting client base.

The role will offer the right candidate exposure to really exciting brand portfolios, an extensive range of work and the ability to be instrumental in growing a new, agile and innovative brand in a generally dull and archaic industry that needs some shaking up!

We have a personable, enthusiastic and close-knit team that, despite working remotely, is always in touch and supports one another on a daily basis. For those that want a bit more than to just churn out Attorney work, we think we offer something different.

Our team manages portfolios and projects for the most exciting and innovative businesses in the UK and has grown substantially in a very short period of time. This is largely due to our subscription model, which provides clients with certainty and allows our Attorneys to finally be free of their timesheet (yes, we really don’t time record!)

You are an Attorney with hands-on experience in trade mark portfolio management and enforcement, with a commercial approach and a keen eye for detail. Experience in designs and general commercial strategy would be advantageous but is not essential.

We are looking for someone who will be keen to hit the ground running, develop their skills and help shape our business and brand. You will be excited by the prospect of doing things differently and would love to have the freedom to present and implement ideas that help the firm run more effectively or efficiently.

An ability to communicate with straightforward, jargon-free language is however essential, as is a commercial and pragmatic approach.

We are the new kid on the block, having launched in February 2023. Pro-active portfolio management and consultancy Β· IP Litigation.

Whilst the firm works remotely, we are constantly in touch, have team meetings every week and ensure that everyone feels fully supported and integrated within the business. The team is made up of four Attorneys, three Paralegals, a Business Administrator, and an Associate Director of Operations. It is a close-knit team offering the full spectrum of trade mark and design support to some of the UK's most exciting businesses and brands.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to live and work in the UK and must be a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.
