We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at – Headington Campus of Oxford Brookes University.

Location: Gipsy Lane, Headington, Oxford, OX3 0BP

Working Pattern: Fully Flexible between 6:00am – 7:00pm , fixed term contract until September 2025

Rate of Pay: 17 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are \’picture perfect\’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
  order necessary ingredients
• Preparing and cooking fresh food for up to 1000 international students during summer school, breakfast lunch and dinner
• Working within a team of 18 Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters
