They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office-based role offering a collaborative and professional working environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls from customers
Assisting with reserving of products
Learning and improving product knowledge
Responding to general enquiries and advising customers on products
Updating the CRM system
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

Is comfortable learning new IT systems
