Role Purpose
Working across multiple projects with varying complexities, the Creative Producer has a sharp eye for detail, bringing creative concepts and designs to life, ensuring plans are executed to the highest standards both on-set and in delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Producers to ensure creative ideas are brought to life effectively in production, aligning brand goals and strategy.
- Manage on-set shoots to ensure creative integrity and quality in filming and direction
- Oversee the post-production process to ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivery.
- Have an in-depth understanding of how to grow audiences on social platforms, particularly on YouTube.
- Have a strong knowledge of YouTube influencers, channels and their content.
- Manage the optimisation of content on relevant platforms, with an understanding of YouTube thumbnails, titles and YouTube Studio.
- Work quickly and accurately under pressure, with the ability to manage own workloads and take direction as part of the creative team.
- Work with the producers to ensure projects are delivered to time and allocated budget.
- Analyse the performance of videos, using data to provide post-campaign creative reports to the Client Services Team.
