Our client, a leading global organisation, is partnering with a prestigious end client based in Belfast. We’re looking for experienced SAP IS-U Functional Analysts to support a key energy and utilities sector transformation project. This is a hybrid contract role requiring occasional travel to the Belfast office, with on-call support outside of business hours as needed.
Location: Belfast (Hybrid – days negotiable)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Inside IR35 Up to 500/day
About the Role:
As an SAP IS-U Functional Analyst, you’ll play a key part in streamlining and optimizing core utility processes. You’ll work closely with customer teams to align SAP S/4HANA functionality and reporting capabilities with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance SAP IS-U functional modules
- Develop and maintain SAP interfaces (SAP and non-SAP systems)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure SAP system performance aligns with operational objectives
- Provide support outside of office hours if required
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar SAP IS-U role
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U modules and integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams
Desirable:
- Experience with scheduling applications interfacing with SAP IS-U
- Familiarity with FieldWork processes and data correction in SAP IS-U
- Previous work in the utilities sector
- Strong technical background in SAP S/4HANA environments
