We have an exciting opportunity to join an extremely successful beauty brand who is completely organic to date and a record breaking brand. As a Founder led business, they have done an amazing job of achieving everything to date and are now looking to take things to the next level.
As the NPD Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Founder and the Marketing leaders to ensure new products are developed, in line with the brand vision and values and go out to market within a timely fashion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless development and launch of all new products for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure packages and designs meet the brand standards and time lines.
- Monitor the progress of rollouts and time lines for deliveries.
- Be highly organised managing multiple product development strategies and maintaining close communication with the founder, marketing teams and suppliers.
- You will also support with quality control to ensure products reflect the premium standard the brand holds itself to.
- As you develop, you will also get the opportunity to work creatively with the founder with new product ideas and developing your own products in time.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a NPD position, ideally for a beauty brand.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and understanding of a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience in supply chain coordination and project management.
- Not essential but having previous product development exposure would be a huge plus.
