A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Service Systems Administrator/Analyst to play a critical role in managing and optimising data, systems, and reporting functions that support Sales, Service, Product Support, and Business Units. This position offers a varied and impactful workload, combining technical system administration with business insight generation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support tools such as Microsoft Dynamics365 (CRM), Power BI, SharePoint, ClickLearn, Crystal Reports, and Excel.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Support budget and forecasting processes in liaison with finance and business units.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of key data and templates including contracts, quotations, and rate information.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to maintain reliable business data.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives with meaningful insights.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to align on CRM data and reporting requirements.
