The Healthcare Hub is looking for a motivated and energetic Home Manager to join one of the fantastic healthcare providers in the North East of England. The Home Manager will work closely with the Ops Director to commission the 75 bed home initially. Once opened, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home and will also be responsible for the supervision of staff members.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Commission the nursing home (already got registration with the CQC)
- Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Registered with CQC.
- 2+ Years’ experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.
- Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
- Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to.
