The Opportunity
Finatal is working with a growing Secondaries investment strategy who are looking to add a new investor to their expanding team. They focus on GP-Led, LP-Led and structured secondary transactions. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who has already stepped into a secondaries strategy.
The Role
- Drive analytical process for deal teams
- You will be responsible for performing due diligence assessments and producing reports (commercial, financial, legal…) for new potential investments.
- You will participate in various kinds of analysis and assist in bespoke models for both fund and company level analysis
The Requirements
- 3-5 years experience (at least 1 year in Secondaries)
- An exceptional academic track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
