This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate leads, build compelling business cases, and translate market insights into actionable plans. Support Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to design, refine, and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with NovNat\’s vision and objectives. Market Research: Lead market analysis efforts to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, ensuring NovNat remains at the forefront of industry developments. Business Case Development: Construct persuasive business cases supported by data-driven insights to secure buy-in from stakeholders and drive key initiatives forward. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated success in lead generation and market analysis. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software (preferred) Creative in problem-solving and capable of thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
