Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for multiple Estate Workers on a temporary, full-time basis, located in Builth Wells, Powys. With an immediate start and training available, this role will involve general maintenance and repair of the organisation's buildings and grounds.
The Role:
- Routine maintenance and repair of all estate buildings and grounds
- Assist with any heavy maintenance work as required
- Ensure the proper care of all estate equipment and resources
- Ensure all estate equipment and resources are left tidy, clean and secure
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices and risk assessments
- Assist with all grass cutting on the estate
- Basic painting and decorating when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided
- Can work outdoors in all weather, taking on physically demanding work
