Digital Marketing Executive – Birmingham (Hybrid)£28,000 – £32,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits My client, a thriving marketing agency based in Birmingham , is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who is confident running digital campaigns across paid media and has a solid understanding of SEO. This role is well suited to someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, numbers, and performance metrics to drive results and make informed conclusions. Support SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimisation and reporting Work closely with the creative and content teams on campaign assets and landing pages Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio and other tools Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring KPIs and targets are met Previous experience in a digital/marketing agency is essential Good understanding of SEO fundamentals Experience working with eCommerce brands is a strong advantage Strong interest in data and performance analysis , with attention to detail Salary of £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience Hybrid working (mix of office and remote) Bonus scheme and monthly allowances Extra day off for your birthday Free food and drink in the office Regular team socials and events Supportive, friendly agency culture with career progression opportunities
