About the role:
As a Unit Manager at Kathryn Homes, you will lead with professionalism, compassion, and kindness, ensuring residents feel secure, respected, and independent. You will manage a team of Care Assistants, uphold high care standards, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential as you support both residents and colleagues, including assisting the Home and Deputy Managers.
Your duties include administering medication, conducting audits, and contributing to residents' physical and mental wellbeing. Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, have experience with person-centred dementia care, and a background in team leadership. A positive attitude, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
