Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the workplace experience and front-of-house teams, delivering an outstanding service that supports client visits and ensures the smooth running of the workplace. You will curate an environment that promotes well-being, drives productivity, and enhances company culture—creating a space where end users feel valued, inspired, and connected.
You will actively seek opportunities to elevate the onsite service experience, introducing new initiatives and improvements that align with the ISS Global Strategy. By anticipating client and visitor needs and delivering exceptional interactions, you will help shape a dynamic workplace that reflects innovation, care, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering exceptional experiences through customer service, events, and “surprise and delight” initiatives.
- Ensure guests and colleagues feel welcomed, providing a 5-star concierge experience
- Support both Client Reception and Workplace areas based on business requirements
- Greet visitors in person, by phone, or email, responding promptly to inquiries
- Serve as the main point of contact for colleagues and visitors, addressing requests related to technology, food services, events, or wellness programs
- Adapt quickly to the client’s culture, working collaboratively and positively
- Support the Workplace Lead in operational decisions to enhance the colleague experience
- Develop relationships by capturing guest and colleague preferences, creatively accommodating special requests
- Maintain attention to detail, reporting maintenance or service needs to relevant departments

- Relevant corporate, hospitality, or customer service experience
