An understanding of the sales process on park is key and the journey must flow from lead to sale.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who has a passion for brilliant customer service who can create an effective customer journey that is number one amongst its competitors.

You’ll be brilliant at:

  • Working with creative agencies to create work that is on-brand and of a high standard
  • Creating reports to enable us to test and learn.
  • Understanding Marketing Cloud and how it can be used to create the ultimate customer journey.
  • Raising POs and providing help with managing the Holiday Home Sales marketing budget.
  • Arranging regular Park visits to understand the sales process and to work with and support park sales teams.
  • Ad-hoc project management such as new initiatives.

Some of the skills we’re looking for:

  • At least three years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on effective customer journeys.
  • A strong and proven ability to work across all marketing disciplines, both online and offline.
  • Brilliant project management, copywriting, proof reading and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and days.
  • A full driving licence and the ability to commit to travelling within the UK.
  • A commitment to being a Parkdean Resorts brand guardian and ultimately improving customer experiences.

Whatever you do, please don’t filter yourself out! We are often flexible when considering an applicant’s skills and experience for a role. So, don’t be put off if you don’t tick all the boxes.
