Lead the Mobilisation of New Services as our Mobilisation Manager for Complex Care!

£40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience + £5,000 Car Allowance – This role can be based anywhere in the UK

What is The Deal for you ?

  • Flexibility! You can work your full time hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend, or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.
  • Hybrid Working! Do you like to work from home? Or do you prefer being in an office? With this role you have the option of working from home or from our regional offices – or a blend between the two!
  • Salary! £40,000 – £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance

As the Mobilisation Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming care delivery. Your role will not only involve managing and coordinating the mobilization of new services but also ensuring that every transition is seamless and person-centred. You will:

  • Drive Innovation: Implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for individuals with complex needs.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, including clinical staff, operational leaders, and external partners, to ensure that all aspects of the mobilization process are aligned and effective.
  • Champion Quality: Lead initiatives that prioritize quality assurance and compliance, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care.
  • Empower Teams: Motivate and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Measure Success: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of mobilizations and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in mobilising complex services within a social care setting or leading services for individuals with complex support needs.
  • Qualifications: Relevant operational management qualification or equivalent experience in social care.
  • Skills:
  1. Strong financial management skills and the ability to lead cross-organisational change.
  2. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  3. Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge:
  1. Understanding of social care legislation, CQC requirements, and local authority processes.
  2. Familiarity with risk management practices and quality assurance frameworks.
  3. Knowledge of Community Integrated Care’s mission and values.
  • Competencies:
  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, innovative approach to challenges.
