12 MONTH FTC – AWARD WINNING FS BUSINESS
With over 2 decades of success under their belts, this Investments specialist has been rewriting the rule book in terms of what “great” looks like. Since they launched they have grown exponentially, acquiring a number of businesses along the way, building the wider empire with significant investment behind them. They are looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join the London team on a 12 month FTC, with potential for a longer term engagement depending on performance.
What they need –
- Someone who understands the complexity of designing digital products in the Financial Services sector (or similarly complex/regulated industry)
- A UX/UI designer with the ability to own the full product design lifecycle, supporting the Head of Experience design elevate the design output across various projects
- Someone who's confident working in an agile squad, creating user-centric experiences across a number of digital applications
- A designer who's no stranger to UX research, ensuring all design decision making is informed by customer insights and data
- Someone who can oversee the visual design execution following the UX research and ideation, ensuring all design work is on brand and aligned with the customers needs
What you're great at –
- Delivering web based product design solutions in a similarly complex business environment (financial services, wealth management, fin-tech etc)
- Collaborating with your product & engineering counterparts to deliver the most seamless product experience for the businesses valued users
- Working in an agile environment, in a business that has the funding and understanding of a really established company but the work ethic of a start-up
- At your core you are an exceptional visual designer with strengths in user research, prototyping, UCD principles and design accessibility
- Available to start ASAP – 12 month engagement (extension potential/opportunity to go perm TBC)
