Pathlock is seeking a Senior Trainer to deliver engaging instructor-led training (ILT) and support the design, coordination, and operational execution of our global training programs. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced trainer who can both facilitate high-impact sessions and contribute to course development, logistics, and training effectiveness tracking. You will work closely with the Director of Enablement, Instructional Designer, and global stakeholders to drive learner success across Pathlock University.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality ILT sessions (virtual and in-person) for customers, partners, and employees.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences and confidently respond to questions in real time.
  • Tailor delivery based on audience roles and experience, using relevant use cases and scenarios.
  • Represent the training function professionally in partner-facing and customer-facing environments.

Instructional Contribution

  • Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to review and refine course materials (slides, labs, guides).
  • Contribute to the development of facilitator notes and learner-facing content.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with Product Managers and SMEs.
  • Provide delivery-based feedback to improve course structure and instructional flow.

Required Qualifications

  • ~5+ years in enterprise software training, enablement, or technical instruction roles.
  • Proven success delivering live training to professional and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to answer learner questions and explain complex workflows clearly.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments and time zones.
  • Experience reviewing or shaping course materials and training content.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently within a small team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with GRC, IAM, or enterprise application security is advantageous.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (e.g., TalentLMS).
  • Exposure to instructional design or eLearning development workflows.
  • Previous experience coordinating training logistics or working with partners.
