Customer Care Advisor (Dutch Speaking)

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Deliver outstanding support and resolve customer queries
- Introduce customers to a growing range of products, up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the customer relations team
- Work to achieve service targets and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
- Share customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
What we're looking for?
- Fluency in Dutch and English – written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for solving problems
- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office)
