Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Professional, handling inbound calls and emails with enthusiasm and a focus on delivering excellent service. You'll address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions. Responsibilities:
- Answer and route calls promptly using the system, ensuring calls reach the correct recipient.
- Take accurate messages and forward them to ensure timely callbacks.
- Greet visitors warmly, complete the visitor log, and notify the relevant internal contact.
- Manage incoming post (excluding private/confidential items), sort, and distribute; forward DW Windsor mail to accounts.
- Dispatch outbound post using the correct format and the most efficient method (e.g., Royal Mail or alternative).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception, guest, and post areas, ensuring displays are current and relevant.
- Process emails sent to the info@ address, distributing them according to guidelines from the Customer Service Manager.
- Handle copy quotation requests and small amendments, sending them to customers and relevant salespeople quickly.
- Manage customer concerns and technical inquiries through Jira, ensuring all required fields are filled and customers are updated regularly.
- Coordinate site visits for customers and external visitors, including room bookings, lunch orders, and agenda management in collaboration with Sales and Senior Management.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the Customer Service Manager or senior management.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Administrative duties including e-mail and calendar management, managing helpdesks, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and e-mails.
- Exceptional communication skills, and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and in person)
- Highly organised with ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a professional and timely manner.
- Nice to have experience working with Sales Force, Jira and Epicor.
