This is your opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and play a key role in a high-performing team consultancy team. About You
- 2+ years with a Big 4 consultancy or similar
- Confident facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality deliverables and communications materials
- Able to build relationships quickly and credibly with clients at all levels
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping shape the path forward when the answer isn’t clear
- Experience in supporting business development, including contributing to proposals and pitch preparation
