We are recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join one of exceptional US firms. This role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 with hybrid working (4 days in their stunning offices). Competitive salary and great benefits!
You will be supporting a small allocation of 3/4 fee earners including predominantly a key Corporate partner who is expert in his field. For this reason, the role will be heavily weighted in EA responsibility so is an exciting opportunity!
Duties include:
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Booking travel, meetings, appointments and events
- Basic document preparation and amendments
- Invoicing and receipts
- Opening new clients and matters
Skills required:
- You must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Legal PA in a City or US law firm.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Efficient, robust, and proactive.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism.
