A well-established Northwest firm of solicitors in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Children Panel Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor looking to build a long-term career with a respected firm that offers high-quality work and a supportive, down-to-earth working environment.
The Role: This role will suit an experienced solicitor with solid experience in childcare matters and guardianship cases. You will also need to have advocacy experience as this role is specifically a Solicitor/Advocate role. You will be dealing with predominantly legal aid files, but will have the opportunity to deal with privately funded cases as and when necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Essential Children Panel Membership.
- Prior experience in guardianship cases.
- Proven background as a Solicitor/Advocate.
- Strong knowledge and experience in legal aid work.
- Expertise in family law with solid commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated experience and a keen interest in childcare matters.
