Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage businesses seeking flexible office solutions across UK regional markets
  • Generate new business leads through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, operators, and local partners
  • Assist with client requirements, briefings, property searches, and viewings coordination
  • Develop strong knowledge of key regional cities (e.g., Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol)
  • Foster relationships with workspace operators and landlords in regional areas
  • Maintain CRM records, report on pipeline activity, and contribute to team KPIs
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking functions throughout the UK
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to refine and execute the regional expansion strategy
