We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operational Support team as a Part-Time Office Cleaner at our Nicholas & Harris site in Salisbury, part of the Finsbury Food Group. With over 180 years of heritage in craft baking methods, Nicholas & Harris produces artisanal, organic, and speciality breads, serving major retailers across the UK.

This is what you’ll actually do!

As an Office Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all designated office and communal areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for our teams and visitors. You’ll work independently to carry out thorough cleaning tasks across a range of spaces, including meeting rooms, communal corridors, staircases, toilets, offices, and reception areas.

Your responsibilities will include using cleaning equipment and hygiene chemicals safely and correctly, following guidelines from your COSHH training. You’ll report any incomplete tasks or damaged equipment to the Operational Support Manager and will be guided at the start of each shift on the cleaning priorities for the day.

You’ll need to be adaptable, as your cleaning checklist will cover a variety of spaces, from the Avon and Bourne meeting rooms to the wellbeing room, finance and Health & Safety office, communal offices, and more. A full task list will be provided for each area to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Ideally this is you!

• Basic English skills and a flexible work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of computers or tablets, with willingness to adapt to CMMS main-saver in the future.
• Self-motivated and able to organise your work with minimal supervision.
• A positive, can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent results.
• Physically capable of completing cleaning tasks across the site.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team.
