Operative – Transfer Station
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (6:00–16:00), 45 hours per week
Rate: £12.40 per hour
Breaks: 1-hour total – 30 mins unpaid, 30 mins paid
Shift Pattern: 6am to 4pm, includes 30 mins daily overtime
