CAD Product Development Engineer

CAD Engineer Our client manufactures brass hardware and accessories and is looking for a CAD Engineer. CAD Engineer Role: * Technical product development of door and cabinet hardware. * Salary: Up to £45K. CAD Engineer Job Specification: * Design and develop products using CAD software using Auto Desk Inventor and Vault. * Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and optimised for manufacturing. * Ensure all design and technical work meets company standards and values. * Good knowledge of metals and machining processes. * Degree in mechanical engineering. * Experience with shop floor machining and manufacturing processes. * Producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing teams. CAD Engineer Hours: * 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday. This is a permanent position that starts immediately
