We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in the South-West , who are recruiting for a locum Senior Litigation Lawyer to join the team for 3-months initially. The role can be on a fully remote basis , with a rate in the region of £55p/hour UMB , negotiable subject to PQE. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Handling a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation, including debt recovery and judicial review proceedings Advising on a range of criminal and civil litigation matters, involving planning enforcement and education matters Providing guidance and supervision to junior members of the Litigation team Rewards and Benefits: Remote working Flexible working patterns Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
