We are excited to be recruiting for our growing team! In Any Event are a leading event management & venue finding agency. We are currently looking for a creative, organised and professional individual who could be an asset to our growing business within the venue finding team.
The role is office based in Portishead with some travelling and evening work depending on the events, and salary is based on current experience. We are looking for someone to take the role and work with us to develop this side of the business further with an attractive bonus scheme. If you are looking for a varied, busy role with no day the same then this is for you!
Candidates will have a venue finding background with experience in venues, meetings & planning along with confident sales skills. Full training will be given but enthusiasm for the industry is key!

To handle venue finding enquiries to a high level and assist the team with all enquiries. You will be responsible for venue searches as well as the ongoing operational support of our venue management service. We want someone who will be enthusiastic about this type of work. We would like someone with a passion for venue finding, customer service and negotiation!
There is a strong requirement for sales within this role and sales calls are expected to be undertaken on a daily basis to develop this area of the business, making appointments which are targeted on a monthly basis. You will also be supporting the events with administration and planning and when needed will be asked to attend onsite at some of these events.
