We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves cleaning windows for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free. A valid driver's licence is required, as the position requires travelling to various job sites.
Duties:
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Experience in using water fed poles and traditional window cleaning techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on-site.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
- Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A minimum of 1 year previous experience in window cleaning.
- A valid driver's licence is required for travelling between job sites.
- Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves lifting equipment and working at heights.
Pay:
- Monday to Friday - £13.00 per hour
- Saturday - £15.00 per hour
- Sunday - £18.00 per hour
- Enhanced pay when using MEWPs and I Path Training Provided - £15.00 per hour
The hours will be full-time with the possibility of additional hours. Overtime will be available and there may sometimes be a requirement for weekend or bank holiday work.
