We are seeking an exceptional Head of UK Financial Planning to lead the UK arm of an international wealth management group. Backed by a venture capital firm and with a global team of over 160 professionals, the UK division is a dynamic and ambitious enterprise poised for significant growth. Currently a small but dedicated team of 6 staff across two sites, the business is set for rapid expansion under your leadership. The Role As the Head of UK Wealth Management, you will: Leadership & Strategy: Hold SMF3 and drive the UK business forward by recruiting top-tier advisors, leveraging connections within the international group, and initiating impactful marketing campaigns. Business Development: Play a key role in expanding the UK client base, ideally bringing a personal client book or demonstrating strong confidence in attracting new business. Balanced Focus: Dedicate approximately 60% of your time to strategic management and business growth, with the remaining 40% advising clients. As the team grows, management responsibilities will increase. Flexibility: Work flexibly, with access to offices in London and Sheffield for meetings.
